Feedback
To help our clients understand their
impact on others, we often gather the views of their bosses,
a range of their colleagues and internal/external clients.
This is done either face to face, over the telephone or
via a web based questionnaire.
Once the feedback has been gathered
a report is fed back to the person being coached. Typically
the boss's view is shown and all others are in groups and
averaged out to give balanced and confidential feedback.
The feedback is only shared with
the person being coached, unless agreed otherwise up front,
and is only used for developmental purposes
Many of our clients have their own
360 degree feedback tools which we are very happy to use.
We also provide our own range of in house 360 feedback tools
and some external tools. The models we have available to
use off the shelf are as follows:-
