Lizzie Holden
Lizzie has twenty years experience working with senior managers and high potentials in the finance, pharmaceutical, and health care sectors.
Her ten years coaching experience includes: five years coaching HSBC’s global talent pools in 22 countries; coaching NHS leaders to lead change projects and developing performance for senior managers at Novo Nordisk.
As well as a qualified coach, she is a qualified supervisor of coaches and a faculty member of The Academy of Executive Coaching.

Elizabeth Okada
Elizabeth has 20+ years experience working in education, training and development. She has held a number of senior roles in the insurance and financial services industries. Elizabeth has also worked in the medical technologies and manufacturing industries.
Having lived and worked in France, Japan and now China, Elizabeth has a strong understanding of what it takes to adapt and be successful in a cross cultural environment. Her approach to working with clients is both pragmatic and simple. She is passionate about helping individual’s to reach their potential and develop skills for life long learning.
Elizabeth has a B.Ed. and M.Ed. both from Leeds University. She holds a Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She also has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice with the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring.

Paula Sugawara
Paula spent 13 years in the finance industry in Tokyo as an equity analyst during which she was ranked in the Nikkei's Top 10 sector analysts as well as by the Institutional Investor Magazine.
Paula coaches executives in both foreign and Japanese companies, coaching in both English & Japanese language. Having lived in Japan for 17 years she is well attuned to the issues and trends in Japanese society and workplace.
Paula is fueled very much by her belief that anything is achievable, you just have to find the way to get there, and enjoys focusing on concrete goals.
