Edward Dulson

Edward Dulson is co-founder & Managing Director of Blue Triangle Coaching Ltd. He has held senior positions in global corporations and co-founded, grew and sold his 50% stake in a successful business.

Edward coaches internationally at board level, senior managers and high potential. His extensive international business and coaching experience gained in over 20 countries in Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, and the US, brings with it a deep understanding of working & coaching across cultures.

Edward has a proven track record of enabling people to achieve their objectives by combining his well researched approach and his business experience with the appropriate levels of challenge & support.

 

Claire Palmer

Claire is a Coach with over 10 years coaching experience as well as 17 years corporate business experience which include extensive team leadership and project management both nationally and internationally.

Working with Inspirational Leaders who are present to peace and contentment, Claire takes an holistic approach to coaching focussing on all aspects of personal development and leadership skills.

Clients and colleagues describe her as professional and results-orientated, maintaining high integrity; pragmatic, supportive, intuitive, enthusiastic and positive with a special blend of ‘lightness and energy’.


Michele Pitts

Michele has 20 years of high level marketing and business experience for top multinational companies such as Allied Domecq, L'Oreal and Sara Lee.

Michele's unique mix of high level branded marketing experience, extensive corporate experience, understanding of the organisational context and people development track record combine to make her a unique and dynamic coach.

Michele's skill set is highly developed and she approaches everything with a zest for life which ensures that her coaching approach is dynamic, grounded, results oriented and flexible.

 

Elizabeth Okada

Elizabeth has 20+ years experience working in education, training and development. She has held a number of senior roles in the insurance and financial services industries. Elizabeth has also worked in the medical technologies and manufacturing industries.

Having lived and worked in France, Japan and now China, Elizabeth has a strong understanding of what it takes to adapt and be successful in a cross cultural environment. Her approach to working with clients is both pragmatic and simple. She is passionate about helping individual’s to reach their potential and develop skills for life long learning.

Elizabeth has a B.Ed. and M.Ed. both from Leeds University. She holds a Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She also has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice with the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring.

 

Lizzie Holden

Lizzie has twenty years experience working with senior managers and high potentials in the finance, pharmaceutical, and health care sectors.

Her ten years coaching experience includes: five years coaching HSBC’s global talent pools in 22 countries; coaching NHS leaders to lead change projects and developing performance for senior managers at Novo Nordisk.

As well as a qualified coach, she is a qualified supervisor of coaches and a faculty member of The Academy of Executive Coaching.

Lizzie’s coaching is based on creating a generative environment where risks can be taken, and as a result real sustained change can take place at a personal and organisational level. Her style has been described as: insightful, intelligent, wise, warm, reflective, challenging and humorous.



Paula Sugawara

Paula spent 13 years in the finance industry in Tokyo as an equity analyst during which she was ranked in the Nikkei's Top 10 sector analysts as well as by the Institutional Investor Magazine.

Paula coaches executives in both foreign and Japanese companies, coaching in both English & Japanese language. Having lived in Japan for 17 years she is well attuned to the issues and trends in Japanese society and workplace.

Paula is fueled very much by her belief that anything is achievable, you just have to find the way to get there, and enjoys focusing on concrete goals.
