Diagnostics

We have access to a wide range of coaching diagnostics to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and assist in their development. Some of the tools we commonly use are listed below.

360 Feedback & Stakeholder Interviews

To help our clients understand their impact on others, we often gather the views of their bosses, a range of their colleagues and internal/external clients. This is done either face to face, over the telephone or via a web based questionnaire.

Once the feedback has been gathered a report is fed back to the person being coached. Typically the boss’s view is shown and all others are in groups and averaged out to give balanced and confidential feedback.

The feedback is only shared with the person being coached, unless agreed otherwise up front, and is only used for developmental purposes.

Firo-B

This instrument gives valuable insights into the needs individuals bring to their relationships with other people:

  • Helps people build more positive and productive working relationships
  • Helps individuals become more aware and flexible in their style of relating to others
  • Aids team-building
  • Assesses interpersonal style on three levels – Inclusion, Control and Affection.

Developed by Will Schutz, the FIRO-B® instrument is a powerful aid to team, leadership and individual development.
